I do this one exercise where I lay on my back with my head touching the wall and bring my toes up to touch the wall above me.

Don't know what they're called, but they're very hard to do and they work.

6 pack here

heavy squats / deads

overall bracing my core in every single exercise I do

10 to 15 minutes of ab exercises after each workout before stretching. Usually do leg raises while laying on a mat x 20 x 5 or sit-ups. Nothing fancy.
>>
Weighted decline crunches, lying legs raises on decline bench, Weighted roman twists on decline bench. Rope crunches, roman chair knee to chest, wood choppers. 15-20 reps. I do this twice a week after leg work out.

Recently started doing 2 light sessions in the evening before bed twice a week on my upper days. Just pure body weight stuff - just a random mix of whatever I feel like to failure for a little extra stimulus.

Is isolating abs necessary or is it just a meme?
