Dipping Belts

They're all the same in my experience, I usually use them for weighted pullups though

Finally tried weighted dips today. I used the one that is in my gym beside the dip bars. It has a guy's name and phone number written on it so I was always afraid to touch it incase the owner saw me.

Did 10 reps with 25lbs added though, felt good.

i was thinking of buying one of these, what does /fit/ think of the 16 dollar one on amazon? Should i go cheap on this or should i buy a "decent" one for 20-30 bucks

No regrets. Only had it since August of 2016 but it's in mint shape still. Chain is plenty long enough (but not too long). Would buy again.

Quality doesn't matter as much on dipping belts compared to lifting belts - it's just a means of securing the weight to the body.

Now I easily do 10 with 30kg added.

Start with negatives, if you can't do any. Then, just focus on getting as many reps in a workout
