Hey /fit/ I've started excercising again and have been gymming for a month now pretty consistently. Basically my goal is to drop down to 200 pounds. Im at 240 at 5'11 right now and have been very obese for most of my life. Right now I need advice because I cant seem to make myself do more when I go to the gym. How do you guys push through and resist the urge to leave early? As of right now I pretty much consistently run om the treadmill for a half hour and then do 2 workouts and go straight home. I mean usually i bench 3 sets of 10 of 125. Then maybe Ohp, or weightless squats, or workout back or bicep. I know its a very dry routine. I need more variety. But my problem is Ill do 2 things after I run and then go straight home. Latley Ive been so dizzy i actually sit in my car for 5 minutes until im ready to drive. I realize that the dizziness might be the reason im giving up so early. Im also an asthmatic and use medication and dizziness might be a side effect, but i cant workout without it
