Stopped working out a while ago. Lost most of my gains and I got pretty chubby. Was wondering if I should try to cut or start bulking. If anything I just want to get strong again as fast as possible first and foremost (Will post pictures of my body if requested)
Gotta see body to recommend a bulj or cut. 95% of the time though you should at least do a short bulk to gain some amount of muscle beforeyou cut unless you are fatty fat.
