I'm a graduate student who's in a very time demanding experimental chemistry program. I'm fairly time efficient, however I noticed that I've been slacking on weights/cardio because I'm in lab so much.
Typically my day is something like
>6:45 wake up
>7:30 get to lab
>11:00 break for quick lunch/lift
>12:30 lab
>8:00 go home
>dinner, read literature
>10:30 sleep
Do any anons have experience training while working 80-90 hours/week?

>>10:30 sleep
somewhere in here fit 45 minutes to an hour of work out time.
that's all you really need. especially if you do it every day. do a couple compounds, an isolation, and cardio. shouldn't take long. then you eat food, read a little, go to bed.
you can make time for it easily with that 2 and a half hour of free time you have every night so long as you don't take an hour to make your dinner and eat it.
