if i don't care about being big or cut, just power and fitness cuz lol, what kind of routine should i be aiming for? more or fewer of more or less weight? how much cardio per day/week? assume 1500-2000 cal of not shit per day intake

just healthy and in shape? if so, full body routine every other day, cardio inbetween lift days.

Probably a routine that emphasises power and fitness over being big or being cut

So any strength routine with compound lifts 3 days/week (Stronglifts, Starting Strength), and some kind of cardio (running, boxing, martial arts, whatever the fuck you want) 3 days/week. Have Sunday off completely.

And eat at maintenance, probably around the 2500-3000 calorie mark depending on your height. Make sure it's actual food, so lean meat, wholegrains, vegetables, etc

Any lower and your workouts will suffer. Any higher and you'll just get fat
