Wrestling practice gives me 2-3 hours of hard cardio 5 days a week
Lift for an hour and a half 3 days a week
Still 17% body fat
No soda in a year, cut out ice cream way back, minimal carbs
Asked dad and he said he still had fat even when he went through green beret training, must be genetic
>Plan: Fast on water for 18 hours, have a single high protein lunch spread amongst the remaing hours, rinse repeat till at 12% body fat
