How often should I be increasing my deadlift? Is it ok to add very small amounts of weight once a week?
10 lbs a week for beginners/intermediate. once you get past 400lbs it gets harder
if you can pull it, increase it.

If you really can only add small weight then deadlift less so you can add more every time. Squatting will raise your DL
