She feeds me 800 calories a day when I need 3000. Help me /fit/, what are some suggestions to buy at the store that don't require cooking that can help me get my daily intake of 180 grams of protein? (I've already bought tons of beans, yogurt, and cottage cheese, and I have a shitty Italian supplement)
High protein foods that don't require cooking tend to be high in fat as well, so keep that in mind. Off the top of my head: peanut butter, almonds, milk, lox or other deli meats.
