I heard somewhere in /fit/ that doing light-weights glutes exercises is better for building muscle, I've been doing really heavy weighted exercises, about 4 sets and I get little results, is this true?

Take another pic like that, but bent over.
Glute bridges and hip thrusts are the way to a bigger booty.

try romanian deadlifts.

I can't do that here
i'm going to try hip thrusts today, however I use a cable machine

I always thought those were unsettling. they look as if they cause strain in the lower bakc

is that your ass?
what did you do to get it, can you post routine

I do legs twice a week, and one of those days I focus only on glutes, and the other day on my calves/quadrs. Whenever I do squats and/or any other glutes exercise, I do it very slow and make sure i can feel it

I saw a video, i don't have enough room to do it :/ but i was still able to get a good workout
I think there really is a limit as to how big you can get your glutes, i mean obviously i cant be 100% glutes but They do stop growing at one point, and i think i met that point
