It comes back I had the same issue I think seeing how hard i really had to work for the body I wanted really made me disgusted with women who don't work hard for their bodies and I stopped being attracted the same way i used to. I completely stopped caring about sex until about 18 months into lifting but my standards went way up and now I'd rather go a while without sex than bang a fatty or uggo like i used to do

Might be a sign of overtraining desu. Look it up, might be CNS overloaded, or hormonal imbalance. Im no expert tho.
