I get the quick one minute. I nuke 1/2 cup oats with milk and then put 2 tbsp Jif PB in. Sometimes add Nutella to the mix for Godly taste but havent in the last few months because who the fuck wants to pay $7 for the biggest tub.
Cup of steel-cut oats
2.5 - 3 cups of water
Put in rice cooker overnight, set timer to breakfast
Serve with cinnamon, bit of soy milk, dollop of greek yoghurt, tsp honey and some blueberries.
Cut up a banana and add 1.5 cups of oats. Water and heat for 3 mins. Add blueberries
