Just ordered this with dmaa. What am I in for?

I bought the rocket pop flavor recently. I've only had three workouts with it. It's mind-blowing. Seriously enjoy pushing heavy weight with it but I worry that I'll get dependant. Not buying another tub due to that.

I do DMAA stuff all the time, don't listen to these autistic retards.

You're supposed to start 1/4 or 1/2 scoop and build up to one scoop.

Only serious use for UP TO FOUR WEEKS. Then you need to sycle off;

Either decrease every few days

-OR- Use every other day, every two days, every three days, every four days

For the next 2-3 weeks.

THEN: You need to stay off of it for AT LEAST 30 days.

The reason why its terrible is you have autistic retards who take it for 2months+ And get absolutely addicted to it. Don't be that guy. Be smart and use it properly.

I have an extremely high tolerance and won't even go over 2 scoops, usualy stick with 1.5. On that note, I love it. By far the best tasting and highest affecting PWO I've ever had. It says to take on empty stomach but eat a light snack. Good choice OP.
