I literally here so many people say 'protein powder is just bad for you and inst real protein' It's actually the most annoying thing when they expect you to scientifically validate why it works, anyone else have an experience like this before, even had a guy say creatine causes cancer....

There are certain amino acids in meat that are very high and cause aging like methionine which is also found in eggs and nuts snd such but protein is necessary for muscle synthesis. You only need about 0.55 g/lb to maintain and 0.75g/lb MAX to bodybuild. Longevity and looks are important so don't consume too much protein.

You could take every single micro and micronutrient in supplement form, never touch good, and be just fine. It's just harder and likely to be gaps of random micronutrients everyone forgets about
