Hey guys, I've been going to a gym for two months now, working on machines mostly because I was scared of injuries I could get from squat or deadlift. What do you think of Greyskull LP program? I would probably add some triceps work to it.

Get someone to show you form, read the SS book, watch form videos from Candito and Alan Thrall and do this version of GSLP. It's 95% identical to the original one but more balanced and a bit more simple
