i also installed a UV sterilizer for obvious reasons and an acid neutriliser which corrected my waters pH from slightly acidic back to a more neutral result, on the side the reverse osmosis filter removes fluoride by the way

Work one is a 64oz steel. Shit stays cold for days if you aren't refilling twice a day.

Workout one is a 36oz steel bottle. Super wide mouth to make cleaning it easy.

Another 64oz is the bedside one. Wake up for any reason, chug, go back to sleep. I sweat way too much even with a fan on me

obviously its hard to say what effects were notable but I've felt incredibly more energized in the mornings and generally so much happier which has been enough to say my investment was well worth it unfortunately i didn't get my test levels checked before so i cant say that they went up although they probably should have with less ingested xenoestrogens if that makes sense
