How do you eat your daily sardines?
For me, its in olive oils and filets. The full fish looks gross so i prefer fillets. Olive oil makes it taste better.
imo there is absolutely no reason to use chunk tuna in the year 2017. Get sardines for a snack, or canned salmon for cooking.
On a pretzel.

Sardines ?
ITT: people who spent more time with Grandpa than with Dad.
>still got that AM radio ?

Just eat the whole fish. It's not bad at all, the skin and bones probably have some healthy shit in it too, but I don't know

Kinda wanted to try this, what does it look like? Will it give me breath similar to garbage in the rain?
i eat canned mackerel every day. I have a cupboard with nothing but canned mackerel and sardines in it. About 100 cans

Looks like small fish fillets, you fucking twat. Spend $2 and find out for yourself.

I prefer the Sardines in Mustard, I'll eat my fat macro in something tastier than fish adulterated olive oil.

Sardines in Mustard looks like this.
I don't think it makes your breath stink (I chew 10+ sticks of trident a day because I've got poor willpower and it helps keep me from snacking, so I don't actually know), but the empty can can make the office lunch room smell like fish kinda strong if you don't rinse it out.

I prefer canned calamari or mackerel, I eat them straight of the can for a snack.

Normies think they only need 50g of protein a day?
>>41778627
Your average desk-bound male requires just 0.36 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. But exercise can nearly double those requirements.

If you eat 2000 calories and you are trying to stay a 160lb skinny fat office worker, 50 grams of protein is probably enough.

I get mine from Trader Joe's, $1.39 /can. I basically make tuna salad, but with avocado instead of mayo.
Sardines, avocado, mustard, celery, salt. Sometimes I get more creative, but that's about how it's done. I eat one can per day as a snack for the protein and omega 3s, because salmon is too fucking expensive and not even as healthy.
Any protips for getting seafood cheap? I live in middle America and fish at the supermarket is $9 to $10 per pound. Can you get fish at a local market for cheaper? I wouldn't mind buying the fish whole I'm just not sure what is typically available.

Eat sardines tard
>>41778680
I just eat them (sardines) out of the can with a carrot or two. This sounds pretty good, though. I will try it.
>Batter them in Psyllium husk and spices
>Baked for 10-15mins
>Enjoy your fish sticks
Sardines on crackers with Trappeys hot sauce.
My concern with sardines, and in general now that I'm trying to get my diet in order, is the sodium content. At what point does sodium intake become unhealthy?
