It's by not tracking it and just eating until him full.

I'm on a pretty strict diet. Only 1k calories a day but there are some exceptions. I don't count beer or cheese and I consume a ton of that. Haven't made much progress even though I'm eating less calories than a fucking 100 lb women.

I just try not to eat at all. Protein shake, bit of chicken, that's it.
Measure everything with a kitchen scale

You answered your own question, moron. Beer is LITERALLY liquid carbs.

I measure everything by serving sizes and keep track with a little booklet I keep with me.
I will never understand this craze of paying money or wasting time using apps for really basic shit that you should be able to do with a pencil and paper. I plan my meals, if I eat something, I write it in the book and add it into my daily calories. I also keep track of when I ate it. I always get almost perfect the amount of calories I'm shooting for. what's more, I keep track of my exercises on the following page so I can see directly how much I eat, what I eat, and when I eat it affects my workout .
Seriously, I hated teaching classes and watching douchebags show up with fucking $300 apple products to "take notes on." Just use a fucking pencil and paper. That shit is like 99 cents, nobody will try to steal it, studies show most people remember more by writing on paper, it won't run out of batteries, it won't shatter if you drop it, etc.
When bulking stuff until I hate myself
When maintaining eat as needed
I haven't ever had to cut when I sit on maintenance I usually lean out over time

>Beer and cheese don't have calories
