/fit/ please help. I've been doing starting strength for like 3 month and I can only bench 95 fucking pounds after constant resets. What do I do to improve. All my other lifts have gone up, my press is fine, my squat is great, my deadlift is solid. Why won't my fucking bench just go up? How do I increase it?

are you touching chest?

How is your form/ technique? If you've only been lifting 3 months and you're doing that poorly on just bench, you probably have a bad set up.
bench form is fucking hard, look up videos on youtube

Record your form and check it (touching your chest, not bouncing the weigh too hard, keeping your ass on the bench, not flaring your elbows too much, benching diagonal etc.).
If all that is good, then reset again and make sure you're eating enough to be gaining weight, if you're only benching 95lbs then you probably don't weigh much...

if you dont have a spotter, try to get one

Keep the bar under the nipple, touch your chest but don't bounce. Keep your elbows in and not flared out like chicken wings
Lower the weight and correct your form.
"Eat more", don't stuff your face with shit.
I mean eat chicken breast, brown rice, brotein shakes and greens. Eggs for breakfast etc.
If someone offers you food eat until your full
Drink water throughout the day and take a multivitamin.

No OP but I guarantee I diddly more than you and I don't have bitch boy shin scrapes because I do them right.

>because I do them right.
Funny cause everything I've read says that proper form leads to scrapes on the shin. If you never get them then you aren't doing it right.
