Dont know if i could ask questions here, but here it goes. Im a chubby guy (198lb last i checked) i have little to no gains. Only reason i look slightly fit is because of my height (5'11). Used to work out in freshman year but havent since (senior now). I wanna work out arms, but i only have a pull up bar and i could barely do 1. What do i do?

If you want more gains try some body weight exercises such as push u[s, dips, squats, calf raises, glute bridges, and some sprints and running.
Make sure not to neglect getting a good nights sleep and try to eat reasonably healthy at below your maintenance calories and you will loose fat and gain strength. This will lead to gains.

Get a chair. Step up to pull up bar. Grab on n slowly let yourself down, the slower the better. Will help your muscles get used to the action.
Could also get a resistance band to help make it easier, but don't get reliant on it.

go out and start digging holes. when you dig a big hole start digging another one next to it and fill the first one then repeat the process. or find some work as a brick layer or carpenter
