I Have never been able to do any significant lifting with my right arm (besides smith presses and whatever). Every time I lift it past a certain angle, it feels like it's gonna snap in the middle (no roman salutes for me goy)
The only thing I can think of is that it's been messed up from mosh pit impacts and my retard friends and I sucker punching each others arms as kids.

This joint usually is fucked up by rugby players so could be that you fucked your shoulder
I had a similar feeling in my left arm. Turns out my left arm is a bit longer and my left wrist would not stay straight because the bar would tilt. Once I made a concerted effort to keep the wrist straight, the pain stopped.
