Same thing happened to me

After losing about 70 pounds on atkins I started to plateau
By that point, though, I had started eating upwards of 35 carbs a day, so I cut myself back down to 20 carbs and 1,200 calories a day and am currently losing weight

175 pounds and 6'1 here, so you'll probably have to go somewhere around 1600 calories per day if you're not exercising - I suggest finding a calories consumed per day calculator and figure out how much you need to lose 2 pounds a week

Also, motivation is underrated
do the shit yourself
