Hey guys, do I have potential? I' 5'7 165lbs. 14" calves that I've been working really hard in. My diet is clean and I do 14,0000 steps per day according to my pedomiter. I want to be a bodybuilder like CT Flesher. How long would it take to get there. Also I can squat almost 300lbs but my calves won't grow anymore. Did I hit a plateau? I've come into contact with many people who talk incessantly about "toxins" and "detoxing" but then flounder when I ask them what those "toxins" are. Physicians are divided on what toxins are and the extent of their effects on people, so you'll find different information depending on its assumed definition. Personally, I only think of it as a buzzword, as do many medical professionals. On my side of the argument is the idea that toxins are the normal trace amounts of mercury, BPA, etc. that's in our day-to-day water and food. Thing is, it doesn't deserve the title of "toxin" because it isn't a toxic dosage and has no effect on our health.

On a side note, the few people I have seen apply as milker don't last more than a couple days at most. It is a pure stamina job, we do a 12 hour shift with no breaks and they can't do it. The only fat people on the farm are strongfats and they work outside.
