Hey /fit/ I've been strength training a few years, and can say I'm very proud of my progress. I've been successfully dating this thicc qt I've known a year or so. She isn't fat, but she's got the hips and higher body fat than we wants. So she wants to start lifting with me. Not strength training specificly, but I'd like if she had a good program. I'm supposed to put this together for her, but I honestly don't know what women should focus on. Not sure where to start, All suggestions appreciated. Thanks a load

Girls will want to do cardio and leg work like crazy. Then they'd want Abs and a bit of toned muscles for those tiny arms little arms.
