oats and PB is good as fuck, til you add too much PB and it becomes too thick

Add some agave, milk, 1/4tsp salt, tsp of vanilla, a little margarine.

Put some activated almonds in it with penut butter and a little bit of cinnamon. Cook then add milk to bring down temp. Ezpz

This is a meal I actually find very tasty:

30 grams oats
10 grams cacao powder
1 gram cinammon powder
120 ml 2% milk
250 grams plain greek yoghurt 0% fat

-Put oats on bowl. Add 80 ml milk and put on microwave until the milk is evaporated. You will have to pause several times, but it is worth for the taste.
-Mix the oats, cacao powder, cinammon and the other 40ml of milk.
-Add the greek yoghurt

Done. High protein meal and 100% healthy. Its delicious, trust me.
The natural sugars of the plain yoghurt and milk will make it edible.
