Here is an easy mass gainer replacement that has almost as many calories as serious mass, and more protein. Just make two PB(with full servings of PB) sandwiches and drink 16oz of milk on top of whatever else you eat that day. There you go skellys, no need to give your neetbux to supplement companies anymore. 1200 kcal and 52g protein. ezpz.

You do realize people use mass gainer so they don't have to eat as much right? Mass gainer is for skeletons who can't fit all of that in their stomachs. Obviously food will do what a food replacement does.
