Best way to build deltoid strength? I just realized mine are total trash. TOTAL TRASH. Can't even do 50 jumping jacks without them burning shit's got me upset and frustrated.
>front
any kind of overhead pressing
front raises
>lateral
lat raises
>rear
rear flies
face pulls
if you want insanely big and strong delts start doing ring work

I have been trying to hammer my delts recently, and found that overhead squat hit them really well.

Godly stretch for lats
The Press™
standing dumbbell shoulder press works quite well for me
>>41773073
ohp, i went from lmao no shoulders to very average shoulders.
alot of people who have huge delts generally have carry over from highschool/college sports they played.

Looks like someone with really wobbly legs giving birth to a perturbed midget.

Do all the vertical presses. Two in each workout. Do your raises and internal/external rotations.
Do your rows and you can also throw in face pulls. Good for delt health anyway.
Don't be a Faggot
shoulders
Shoulder press-front delts
Lateral raise-side delts
Bent over raise-rear delts
traps
heavy shrugs
Front raise with plate
Incline dumbell row
neck work
also work on your traps you want a big overall upper shoulder/neck/trap area
I cant stress this enough either work for rotator cuff like get them strong and flexible
The basic compounds like heavy bench, handtand press ups etc.
High rep low weight lat raises and rear flies worked wonders for my shoulders.
