Yep, flat out. Just eat regular sugar but in moderation.

I just noticed that my protein powder has sucralose in it. Am I going to die?

I just throw a couple tbspns into a pot of reduced fat yoghurt and it tastes like a cheat meal with not much kcal and a good amount of protein.

It's Sugar, but with no calories and it doesn't spike your insulin... or so they say.

I think the thing with Aspartame is that it "makes you hungrier", but diet sodas are 100% fine.
