i'm 62kg right now, my 4x4 bench is 55kg. currently in a bulking phase, but do you ever think my bench would hit my bodyweight? when i first started benching i was 56kg and did 30kg bench, but of course progress have slowed down now.

i just want to let my bench be 1 times my bodyweight, that would be great.

There are two principles I have followed in the last few months which have helped me gain 10lbs so far. Eat a breakfast rich with proteins, fats, and carbs (Sausage, eggs, and oatmeal for me). and get some protein throughout the day. Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.
