i used to do it once a week just to clean myself out, it produced godly shits that glided out for 2-4 days afterwards, the, clean before you wipe type,
i haven't done it in a while however, i have though of starting it up again, need to buy a new enema bulb first though,

i heard i did it with plain tap water, however i did read that distilled bottled was better or something, but i never got sucked into that coffee enema meme, i wouldnt want to either, i bet you would taste that shit in the wrong kind of way.
