tfw skinnyfat and everything I do is negated by my intake

How do I beat these urges? I've tried low calorie substitutes and I already drink a lot of water. It seems the harder I try the worse it gets.

Meal prep. This is key to controlling urges.
Don't buy shit foods. Don't go to the store when you are hungry.
Keep fruits and other lower calorie things to snack on.
Drink more water, particularly when you start wanting to eat shit.

this is number fucking one. Binge purchases are always because you're hungry. Go when you're full as fuck and go straight for the shit you need.

Your TDEE is well over 3000, just eat 2500-3000 calories of healthy food. You'll lose fat without losing a bunch of muscle and if you eat right you'll be full enough you won't try to binge.

you can at-least use a TDEE calculator. His TDEE is about 2700

I swear I eat fairly healthy food but my metabolism gets fucked because I eat so much at night and don't sleep much. Can this really affect my ability to lose weight that much?

Keep in mind I'm not overly chubby, I just want to work off this gut.
