As somebody who had bad acne for years and tried every method from meme derma rollers to anthibiotic therapy: just go for fucking Accutane (or same shit by different name). Yea, there are some side effects but at least after couple of months you re done with acne and dont have to spend loads of money on drugs and cleansers that barely make any difference.
