Explain why this board has a hard on for oats, it seems there are much less calorie dense options with higher protein, so what's the appeal?
>>41770468
>Calorie, protein and carb dense, also high in zinc and vitamins
Hands down best bulking food
>>41770468
I just eat oats when I need more clean carbs. Also a bit of protein is always welcome
>>41770468
>squats and oats
Why does that require explanation?
>not mixing avacodo in your oats for that good fat
>>41770468
>The only thing that matters is calorie and protein density
>What is fiber, micronutrients and low GI
Just eat eggs and egg whites then faggot
>>41770468
no one has said anything about squats and oats for years. Why is this meme being brought up again?
>>41771721
>shitting liquid
What do you guys do to make yr oats better? Add pb for more prot and get, but that rate may as well just have a pb on wheat desu
>>41770468
Oats are very low calorie if you make with water. 2 packets of quaker instant low sugar is only 240 calories. I usually mix 2 tbsp peanut butter and it makes a nice cutting breakfast of only 440 calories
>>41770468
>giving money to the Quaker jew
Buy bulk bags, the stuff is literally cattle feed so don't pay retail prices.
>>41771805
>Quaker jew
I haven't had such a modest chuckle for years now

Oats, eggs and some citrus fruits is literally all you need.
I usually go for a multivitamin instead of the fruit because I'm a cheap bastard lol.
>make 3 k dollars every month after tax
>living expenses are 550 dollars
>rest goes into etfs

I live in Finland so gubmint has me covered :DDDD
>>41770468
>less calorie dense options
Do you think everyone here is fat or want to cut?
For me oats is good for bulking as half cup has 150 cals and 6g protein
>>41771774
>cutting
>breakfast
Imagine being this retarded lmao
