I keep getting bigger but I want to get lean and shredded. I keep doing normal strength training with high weights and low reps. I heard cardio makes you lose gainz so ... nope (also I hate that shit). I thought the shred look would come from alone after a lot of sessions but I only keep getting bigger and the most fucked up in this all is that I eat less then I burn during the day.

pick one then kill yourself
>complains about getting bigger
Mate just decrease your intake while still getting enough protein and keep lifting, I mean for fuck's sake it's not rocket science.

You get shredded from losing body fat while maintaining muscle. If you eat at too much of a deficit you lose all of your gainz. Best way is to bulk until 5-6 months before you're trying to look your best then cut at a 200-400 calorie deficit while continuing strength training with cardio.

not really my case but still curious so if you eat a ton you'll lose everything after all the hours of work??? muscle cant just turn in fat in an instant

Eating at a surplus lets your muscles grow. It also stores extra energy not used to build muscles into fat. So unless you hit some type of sweet spot that may or may not exist, you will gain fat while building muscle. Eating at a caloric deficit causes your body to use fat and muscle stores as energy to fuel your body. More fst rhan muscle is used but a slight loss of gainz due to eating at a deficit will occur unless on steroids.
