So I thought I would finally give stretching a try. After the hard leg workout I went on to stretch. It was unpleasant, but stretching never is. Hot muscles stretched much more than I'm used to. So that was okay I thought and went home. The next I couldn't take a dump because whenever I try to squeeze the shit out of me, my upper glutes hurt. Not in a bad way, but as if I had the most severe doms possible. So I have to relax, because otherwise it hurts too much. And the next day after that it still hurts as much, I can't take a dump, fit.
FUCK stretching.
