These in terms of utility - 45g pro, 3g carbs and 10g fat. Taste pretty decent.

Quest bars particularly cookies and cream and choc mint are delicious too but only 20 protein and comparatively expensive.

>in the oven for 5 minutes, just enough to make a crust
>top it with some coconut powder
it's not much to look at, looks like chunky shit actually but it tastes great, is about 1500cals and 80g of protein so not really practical as a small snack but I take it to work, eat half of it during my break with some drink yogurt and the rest I eat while working when I'm almost done with my shift, make 5 of them on sunday and poof, don't have to worry about my lunch
I'm bulking anyway so this is perfect for me

Girl I've been seeing makes these awesome bars. Mixes flaxseed, quinoa, dates, shredded coconut, and some other shit together and dips those fuckers in dark chocolate. I've convinced her to add peanut butter cos I was just slathering it on in droves like hot damn it was tasty.
We're in a serious thing now - I put it down to the bars.
