I know this has been pretty meme worthy lately but I want to know. Are you guys actually fasting or just posting bullshit?
I have fasted before in the past but always felt like shit never making it past day 4. I recently thought about just fasting off of these little chicken/beef bullion packets instead of straight water in an attempt to keep my electrolyte levels up during the fast. Is this sound supplementation or should I throw is something more? I'm already planning on taking a multivitamin as well
Not memeing you here, I am currently at about 55 hours. Just go with raw salt to give yourself electrolytes when you start to develop headaches or when you're feeling low.This is my first fast longer than 24 hours and my dreams have been very vivid, my sleep schedule is real fucky but isn't making a difference in my high energy levels, interestingly enough.
So far I would recommend the experience, but I have yet to hit the hardest part so we will see what happens within a few days. Good luck, anon-kun.

I'm at day 15.
Lost 30 lbs already. Weight loss is easy on this. Bullion is good for keeping on the fast but since it has nutrients, you wont be experiencing a true fast. Water, multivitamins, some salt. That's all you need.

Fasting has helped me out before, never been over 96 hours tho.
I`m going to do two days fasting and one day of feeding till I reach my goal weight.
