I want to start training my neck, are 4x30 neck curls once in the week enough? I was thinking about 22 pounds as weight.
Anyone got any tips or info for a huge neck?
>training for this
while it won't hurt to try, I've never seen a successful natural neck transformation worth looking twice at. Good luck.

ManletDestiny did it. Check out his old vids for a comparison.
But neck is like forearms and calves, you gotta hit it 3-4 times a week to get good results. Just avoid neck bridges for a few months, or it's snap city for sure.

>once a week
Frequency is king for neck, at least thrice a week.
i hit neck 5 times a week alternating either
neck bridges 3 sets to failure
or
neck curls 3 sets of 15 reps with a 55lb plate.
As much shit as I'm gonna get for saying this. Crunches. When I was doing 100 crunches in a row Every other day I got massive neck gains. Don't put your hands behind your head for as long as you can during those crunches

I do crunches with leg raises for abs, and I definitely feel it in my neck, but in a good way. 100 in a row is a lot though.
thanks guys

>Just avoid neck bridges for a few months
he can start on his knees and hands, then just on his knees, then get up + hands, then just the neck (although the previous step should be enough)
