Could an upper/lower split with different schedules work?
For example:
Monday:
Heavy bench
Light OHP
(Accessoires)
Tuesday:
Heavy squats
Light diddlys
(Accessoires)
Thursday:
Heavy OHP
Light bench
(A)
Friday:
Heavy diddlys
Light squats
(A)
Will start bulking soon and want a new routine.
