So I have some pain near my knee on the muscle in pic. I was dead lifting and by the end of it my knee was super tight and the next day it started hurting after I ran.

Tell me /fit/. Am I fucked? Injuries General I guess.

I decided to get into lifting again after a few years out. I thought I went easy enough, but didn't, and pulled my right trap. It hurts to live right now.

Buddy of mine is a Chiro, though, so he gave me a workout routine to do to help it heal up, and get me back into lifting.
