Sup /fit/, anyone who has experience with this, how much alcohol exactly are you supposed to drink daily? Is it something like a 100ml in one go, or should you drink 300ml in small sips throughout the day?

This map out is terrible. Soy products only increase estrogen if consuming pounds a day, meat have little effect on long term testosterone or even short term +- a few percent, semen doesn't reduce test, it increases (totally true bro), alcohol does jack, and low-fat foods do not lower test, a diet with NO fat lowers test. It also lowers other hormones and fucks you do to a lack of Omega 3/6 and other necessary things that fat does with your blood.
Aside from that, cardio does nothing but make you burn more calories; if you're trying to train to lose weight, just eat less. You should do cardio as it's healthy for your heart, but it won't have any visual effect. Weight training is great, though you'd want to cut out upper body work. As per muscle, you'll gain less than a pound per month if lowering test, so mild weight training at 3-4 sets twice per week would be more optimal. Lastly, the shit with BPA containers is absolute shit unless you're literally eating the container. Even then, your body would have to digest it properly.
Women have test levels less than 50 ng/dl; the only way you would be able to effectively do this is by taking hormones. Save up and buy them.
