I've read the sticky and would like to do the proven routines there but they all require a bench press or barbell ect. I just want a good arm routine using the adjustable dumbbells I already have. Someone have a proven routine to share?

Please don't, you'll look like a complete retard. Get at least a barbell, squat rack/power cage and a adjustable bench. Should be doable for €400 and you can do a shit ton with that basic setup.

think for yourself dumbass, with an adjustable dumbbell you can get good hypertrophy pretty much anywhere except posterior chain
here's a quick rundown:
>arms: concentration curls, hammer curls, 21s, tricep kickbacks, skullcrushers
>overall important exercises: Floor press, flies, lateral raises, rows, upright row, shrug, split squat, shoulder press etc.
