I started my first job to months ago and I only have 2 things that I love in life. Gaming and lifting, I have a shitty laptop and I eat like shit and train less than usual, i'v always wanted to make a living out of bodybuilding and gaming, idk what to do RN, I only got 2 options
1- buy a decent PC and start recording or streaming or anything and also start playing the games that I've always wanted to try
2-get some good nutrition and some gear and get huge
Option 2 obviously, lifting was way more positives than gaming
Lifting and eating properly will keep your mind and body healthy while gaming will ruin your life if you let it fill most of your time.

M8... Trust me on this. Drop the gaming. I spent more time at the gym and my work and success in the gym started to translate into work and success at my job. Gaming is a distraction, not a hobby. Sure, you can get better at gaming, but it doesn't translate into physical real world reward, only an insubstantial and fleeting sense of relief. There's always a new game to keep you distracted.
I got into competitive shooting, car modification, and real estate investing as my hobbies. Things that actually physically impact my life and give my tangible reward with real skills.
Drop the gaming. It's modern day crack for middle class boys and it destroys boldness, self determination, and enterprise as sure as socialism or crack.
