I have found that the more fit I get, the more education I have, and the more attractive I become. It is harder to attract women because I progressively get more and more hypercritical of myself and essentially love myself less each day. I think the best and worst things to happen to me and life were to
1. Care about physical perfection
2. Go to medical school

no i hate myself more. more attraction when i stop hating myself. lifting is sadness and self-deprecation. if i eat and lift out of joy, then others think i am gucci.
