I've been lifting for about a year, and seeing great progress in my upper body, arms, legs, etc. One thing I've noticed, however, is that my stomach is still pretty undeveloped considering my bf is relatively low. Where do you guys fit ab workouts into your routine, and what exercises do you find are sufficient?
You're not lifting heavy enough, do your diddlys and squats (with oats)

i do 5 sets with 45s rest of some ab workout at the end of my workout. leg raises, decline weighted crunches, or cable crunches

I just do hanging leg/knee raises, that and compounds should be sufficient.
i do PPLPPL and at the end of every workout i do 3x12 weighted crunches with 10kgs abs coming along fuckin nicely
unfortunately got a stomach bug ( i think) which has made my stomach look swollen and feel sore so im tempted to not leave the house until its gone
