His stuff about tensing your full body helped with my lifts in general, like when doing OHP, imagine that you are pushing up on a door frame,driving your feet into the floor. Similar to push-ups, where you'd visualize pushing the ground down rather than yourself up.
Good points about hip flexibility and sitting down in to a squat rather than back...using the drill to stand facing a wall and squat down without your knees hitting.
