I've been on a cut for the last two months, so far I'm down 25lbs. I still have about 15lbs to go. But I've reached a point where my energy levels have absolutely tanked.
Falling asleep is becoming a chore, because all I can think about is food. Then once I eat, I get tired again and my body crashes.
Started at 230lbs, down to 205, looking to hit 190.
Diet/day
>1000-1400cals
>~100oz water
>~75g protien
