yes. Light fasted cardio like a brisk walk or gentle jog on spot/aerobics.
If you intend to train cardio hard and run yourself out of puff you will lose gains if fasted.

How long do you need to be fasted/what is ideal? Law school killed my routine and I want to start getting back into it my final year. Was going to start with jumping rope for 20 minutes again, would do it immediately upon waking if I fall within the correct fasting window. I think about 12 hours since my typical last meal will have elapsed if I do it in the morning. Is that enough/too much?

not him, i'm op, but from my understanding when your'e fasted you don't have carbs or glycogen reserves stored in your muscles. this allows you to bypass burning sugars right into burning fat (and protein). but the protein catabolism can be managed with a whey/casein shake right after your workout.
Just got done with 45 min of fasted biking. Granted it rained, but cardio while fasting felt much better than weight training while fasted.
Fasted cardio is retarded as fuck, you will probably lose muscle this way especially if you are eating at a deficit to begin with. Why not just do cardio like a normal person? Calories in calories out and watch your macros, there is no meme magic routine that "stimulates fat loss" like fasted cardio claims to do.

fasted cardio will increase total calorie intake needed per day to build muscle (total protein consumption for maximum MPS obviously also increased)
