Bosu crunches, strangely, proved to be the best an building shit I've done. Can actually contract hard as fuck and get work done with lower reps. That, and standing band crunches in the power rack. But yeah, if you're fat, you need to lose that shit to see 'em anyway.

Russian twists for that sweet side belly muscles. Don't do leg raises, instead rotate your legs from one side to the other in a inverted u-curve

Thanks guys, I'll try them out. I don't think im too fat for them to be more visible than they are, I used a bollocks body fat analysis machine today in boots and it reckons im at 11.5% bf.
I think its optimistic so maybe im around the 15% mark?
