What weight range do you guys consider a "good lift"?

1/2/3/4 is intermediate. It's the minimum amount to be accepted as 'actually lifts' territory, since you can't waltz into a gym and do those numbers right off the bat, unless you are klokov.

Assuming you are average height.
1xBW OHP
1.5x BW Bench
2x BW squat
3x BW deadlift
That puts you way above most gym goers at least and you will look good.

I have no idea what these numbers mean. I've only ever lifted at home.

Then you're basically dyel. Unless you use an olympic barbell that weighs the standard 20kg, you've got no opportunity to progress properly, because the other types are too weak to load more than 100kg without bending.
A single 20kg (44lb) plate on each side of the bar is 1plate.
2 plate is 2 20kg plates on each side. 100kg.

Hey pal, just because I don't know your autistic secret code doesn't mean I can't lift big.
>>41761443
It's hardly a secret code. The plate lingo has been around for a long, long time.

I'd say 2.5xBW DL. At 3xBW, you have a super disproportionate squat:DL ratio.
And it is true AF that 1x, 1.5x, 2x will put you way above the vast majority of gym goers. I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen a BW strict press over the last five years.

>just because I don't know the universally accepted standard of strength

I have to admit I was confused at first too. You don't mention plates anywhere in your post, just an unassigned number.

This is average by /fit/ standards. Not normies. Normal gym goers will gawk at 1/2/3/4 like you are some sort of god.
>>41761767
No they won't
2/3/3/4/5 is where it's at
The other 3 is for rows

>I have no idea what these numbers mean
lurk moar faggot

Once again, I said by /fit/ standards that's impressive. 1pl8 OHP is a lot for normies.
